Smoked Salmon Spread

  • 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper


Line a strainer with a clean fabric cloth and place on top of a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the cloth and leave to hang in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Take the strained yogurt and mix together with the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and dill. Fold through the salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
