Bircher Muesli

Make this delicious bircher muesli the night before and make your mornings easier!

Serves 6

  • 500g EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
  • 2 cups oats (quick cook, or wholegrain for more texture)
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or sultanas
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 grated red apple (skin on, but excess juice squeezed out)
  • Raspberries, honey & chia seeds for garnish


    1. Combine yogurt, oats, milk, cranberries, cinnamon and honey and mix well.

    2. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.

    3. Fold in the grated apple.

    4. Spoon into glasses and top with extra yogurt, fresh raspberries a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds before serving.
