Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ¼ cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp chopped dried fruit (optional)
- 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- half an apple, grated (save the other half for topping)
- ¼ cup EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt
Method
- Combine all ingredients except EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt in a jar and mix until combined
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Serve with EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt and fresh fruit
