Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp chopped dried fruit (optional)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • half an apple, grated (save the other half for topping)
  • ¼ cup EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt in a jar and mix until combined
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  3. Serve with EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt and fresh fruit
