Harissa Dip

Makes 1 cup


  • 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • Salt and pepper


Line a sieve with a clean fabric cloth and place on top of a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the cloth and leave to strain in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Whisk strained yogurt with all other ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Serve alongside your favourite corn chips, pita bread or vegetable sticks.
